Any foreigner or any company can establish a company in Hungary. It is also possible for a foreigner to take up a job in a company which was founded by himself. Of course, if a non-EU citizen wants to work in Hungary in his own Hungarian company, he needs a Hungarian residence permit and too. If the owner or manager of   the company received   a residence permit in Hungary, then his family members can apply for a residence permit in Hungary by referring to family reunification.

BANK ACCOUNT OPENING

Every Hungarian  company has to open a bank account in a Hungarian bank. For this, the company's managing director must travel to Hungary!

SEAT PROVISION

Every Hungarian company needs to have its registered office in Hungary. Our office and its contracted partners   can provide headquarters in most Hungarian counties.

BUSINESS PLAN

If a newly founded company wishes to employ an employee from outside the European Union, the company's business plan must also be attached with the  work permit application. Our colleges can help you to prepare the business plans.
